Marion Diehl Pool Re-Opening on March 20

​Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation is reopening its community indoor warm pool at Marion Diehl Recreation Center. The Marion Diehl pool was closed due to renovations and it’s now ready for the public to enjoy starting on Monday, March 20, 2023.  Swimmers can start doing laps in the 25-meter and six lanes. The pool will be open in the mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

A week later, on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 the pool will be open in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  The pool can be enjoyed for recreation and fitness.  Water aerobics classes and aquatic summer camp are available.  And soon there will be sign-ups for swim lessons and aquatic birthday parties.
