MeckTV - A New Way to Look Inside Mecklenburg County 

Now playing on your computer, smartphone, tablet or smart TV is the newest way to see everything going on inside Mecklenburg County Government – MeckTV. 

MeckTV is a web-based stream of continuously updated Mecklenburg County news and information, including all live meetings of the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners, as well as employee features, department highlights and events, public service announcements, and all the sights and sounds around the County. 

"Public Information is constantly evolving the way we communicate to residents and employees,” said Danny Diehl, Public Information director. “MeckTV takes advantage of the latest streaming video technology and is a convenient, easy way to see inside County government and learn how we serve the community.”  

 Also making its debut on MeckTV the week of April 3 is “What’s Trending,” a weekly-updated news capsule program highlighting Public Information’s top County Government stories for the week.  

 MeckTV will also be viewable live on the front page of the MeckNC.gov website when it is upgraded later this spring.
