Through Housing, Employment, Outreach, and Call Center Service Coordination, we collaborate with community partners and faith communities to engage with Veterans and meet their critical needs.

MORES is a team-based crisis response service that will respond for behavioral or emotional crisis w/in 1 Hour of the parent/ guardian call asking for help for their child/family.

Rapid response program that uses radio frequency tracking technology designed to locate at-risk individuals that suffer from cognitive impairment issues who may wander away from their caregivers and become lost.

Provides coordinated non-emergency medical and general public transportation to eligible residents in Mecklenburg County.

Assists children cleared for adoption with finding temporary placement within approved foster homes or permanent homes.  

The focus of this program is to distribute groceries and fresh produce to eligible seniors facing food insecurity.

Provides protective services to disabled adults, 18 years of age or older who are alleged to be abused, neglected, or exploited and in need of protection.

Provides personal care, home management, and respite services to older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities (18+) who are unable to perform these tasks.

A family caregiver support program for any older relative raising younger children such as grandparents raising their grandchildren. 

Child Protective Services is legally mandated for children alleged to be abused, neglected, and/or dependent, and who are at imminent risk of harm due to actions by the child’s parent or caretaker.
